What does OneCare cover?
All the items covered under a manufacturer's warranty, extended to twice the duration, and inclusive of additional benefits such as access to loaner devices.
OneCare will either repair or replace the product for same or similar model.

What does OneCare cover? What will OneCare do to correct problems? How long does coverage last? What is not covered by OneCare ? Are shipping costs covered by OneCare? Although repairs & or replacements are covered by OneCare, shipping costs are not covered under OneCare **TERMS and CONDITIONS : OneCare can only be added within the first 90 days of device purchase and cannot be financed together with equipment under in-house programs. OneCare is only valid on Neuskin , XR1, XR7. OneCare is not valid on discontinued or refurbished products. OneCare does not cover the shipping expenses to and from our approved facilities. OneCare does not cover wear and tear, abuse, damage cause by user "deemed neglect" , damage caused by mother nature or facility faulty electrical connection, element conditions or misuse of product as intended. All devices require a battery backup connectivity recommended by OSD. Any modification to the product or tampering with the product in any way voids the manufacturer's warranty and the OneCare immediately without a refund. Neuskin device must be used in combination with SKN System GEL consumables obtained through www.osdpro.shop, these purchases are monitored. No purchase of SKN gel for Neuskin after 12 months voids all warranties or extended warranty OneCare. End user must purchase gel only offered by OSDpro.shop. Neuskin wand replacement is exclusive to Neuskin brand. Standard warranty is 3 wands maximum in 2 years and with OneCare 6 wands maximum in 4 years. OneCare is only 4 years long at a cost of $4900 per renewal. All products sold by OSD is to be inspected and worked only and exclusively by authorized personnel of OSD, failure to adhere to OSD's terms and conditions void any obligations by OSD without refunds of any kinds.
